Pieve in Festa for April 25th

In 2025, "Pieve in Festa for April 25th" once again enlivened the center of Pieve a Nievole, in the Valdinievole, combining the feast of the patron saint Mark with the anniversary of the Liberation.

The day was organized across the town's squares: in Piazza XXVII Aprile, the solemn Liberation Day commemoration; in the other squares and along Via Matteotti, recycling and reuse markets, antique stalls, and food stands from local associations. There was no shortage of live music with local bands, the traveling concert of the Filarmonica F. Nucci of Ponte Buggianese, exhibitions by local painters and artists, workshops, and an area dedicated to children. A free day of celebration organized by the Municipality together with the numerous local associations.
