Edition 2025 — Culture Day

The 29th edition of the Pietranico Culture Day took place in May 2025, confirming the continuity of an event launched in 1996. In 2025, the Municipal Art Gallery in Piazza della Libertà once again welcomed speakers and citizens for a day dedicated to the memory of Father Francesco D'Ostilio and the promotion of the village's cultural heritage.

The 29th Pietranico Culture Day took place in May 2025, on the eve of the important 30th-anniversary milestone. As per tradition, the event was held at the Municipal Art Gallery in Piazza della Libertà, the cultural heart of the village in the province of Pescara.

In 2025, the day once again renewed the spirit envisioned by its founder, Father Francesco D'Ostilio, in 1996: a moment of meeting and reflection capable of bringing together scholars, members of the clergy, and citizens around the themes of history, art, photography, law, and poetry. The event confirmed Pietranico's role as a small but vibrant community committed to promoting culture in Abruzzo.
