Piegaio-Trebbio Pumpkin Festival

The 2025 edition of the Piegaio-Trebbio Pumpkin Festival, the seventeenth since the event's inception in 2005, was held on Sunday, October 5, 2025, in Piegaio, a hamlet of Pescaglia (LU), in the heart of Valpedogna.

This year, too, the absolute star was the pumpkin, featured in every course of the menu served in the dining area: appetizers, including the traditional fried pumpkin, first courses such as pasta, lasagna, and risotto, and desserts. Along the village alleys, the market of local products and handicrafts and the usual 'most beautiful pumpkin' contest, open to all participants, took place, confirming the festival as one of the most followed autumn events in the Media Valle del Serchio.
