Edition 2025 — Boiled Meat Festival

In 2025, the Pro Loco Volpianese once again hosted its traditional Piedmontese Boiled Meat Festival at the Sala Polivalente in Volpiano (TO). The evening, dedicated to the 'gran bollito misto' of the Canavese tradition, brought together enthusiasts and families around convivial tables, with boiled meats served with the inevitable homemade sauces, including the classic 'bagnetto verde'.

The 2025 edition of the Piedmontese Boiled Meat Festival confirmed the autumn appointment of the Pro Loco Volpianese at the Sala Polivalente in Volpiano, in the province of Turin. As per tradition, the event celebrated the gran bollito misto alla piemontese, a signature dish of regional cuisine, served with traditional sauces in a convivial dinner by reservation. The initiative is part of the annual calendar of food and wine and popular events that the Pro Loco dedicates to the promotion of the Canavese territory.
