Edition 2025 — Cjarsons Festival

The 2025 edition of the Piedim Cjarsons Festival took place from September 12 to 14, with three days dedicated to the famous Carnic raviolo with a secret recipe, accompanied by typical dishes, grilled meats, sausages, and evenings of live music with a dance floor.

From September 12 to 14, 2025, the hamlet of Piedim hosted the Cjarsons Festival, confirming the success of one of Carnia's most cherished gastronomic events. The stars were the cjarsons prepared according to the traditional recipe, with cocoa, dried fruit, raisins, and ricotta, served alongside other Carnic specialties, sausages, and grilled meats.

The three evenings were enlivened by live music, with various bands performing under the marquee equipped with a dance floor, offering visitors an authentic end-of-summer village festival.
