Piazza dell'Arte 2025 — 10th Edition

The tenth edition of Piazza dell'Arte was held on Friday, May 9, 2025, between the Rectorate Staircase and the central courtyard of the University of Messina, promoted by the Associazione Morgana with the support of the University, ERSU, the Regional Department of Tourism, and the Municipality of Messina.

The day began at 9:00 AM with the painting competition for students of the Basile Art High School, continuing in the afternoon with the interdisciplinary symposium «Pensare è liberare» at 4:00 PM, a DJ set by the group Tarari Tarara at 6:00 PM, and the awards ceremony for the photo competition (Michelangelo Vizzini Memorial, themed «Places, symbols, and characters of your city») at 7:00 PM.

From 7:30 PM, the stage hosted performances by bands, dancers, and soloists, with special guest rapper Anastasio, winner of the twelfth edition of X Factor and a former Sanremo Festival participant. The event was entirely free and open to the public.
