Edition 2025 — Piazza dei Sapori Garganici

The nineteenth edition of the Piazza dei Sapori Garganici took place on August 8 and 9, 2025, along Corso Umberto I in San Nicandro Garganico, once again under the direction of the Enocibus association that founded the event. From 8:00 PM, the street transformed into a square of flavors, with thirteen stalls dedicated to typical Gargano products and evenings filled with music and DJ sets.

The 19th edition: August 8-9, 2025

In 2025, the Piazza dei Sapori Garganici returned to being organized by the Enocibus association, following several years of management by the Pro Loco. The two evenings, Friday, August 8, and Saturday, August 9, brought Corso Umberto I to life starting at 8:00 PM.

About thirteen stalls were set up along the street, featuring traditional Gargano specialties: caprino and goat cheeses, acquasale, spit-roasted pork, truffle tripe, and sandwiches with musciska. The festival, part of the Estate Sannicandrese calendar, combined tastings, live music, and DJ sets, confirming the success of one of the most iconic festivals in the Province of Foggia.

Programme

2025 Program

  • Friday, August 8 — from 8:00 PM, opening of the stalls along Corso Umberto I and an evening with music and DJ sets.
  • Saturday, August 9 — from 8:00 PM, second evening of the "square of flavors" with tastings of typical Gargano products and musical entertainment.

Among the specialties available for tasting: caprino, acquasale, spit-roasted pork, truffle tripe, and musciska sandwiches.

Highlights

The return of the organization to the Enocibus association, the thirteen stalls of typical Gargano products, and the evenings of music and DJ sets along Corso Umberto I.

Prices

Free admission to the event; tastings and food/drinks are paid for at individual stalls.
