Edition 2025 — Piazza Armerina Carnival
The 2025 Piazza Armerina Carnival spanned several days between late February and early March, enlivening Piazza Falcone e Borsellino. On Thursday, February 27, the gathering and presentation of groups and allegorical floats took place in the afternoon, followed by the first parade, which was enriched by the participation of costumes from the Misterbianco Carnival.
Sunday, March 2, featured the grand parade of allegorical floats, the most anticipated moment of the event. The festival concluded on Tuesday, March 4, with the awards ceremony for the floats and groups, followed by a concert by an 883 cover band, performed before a large crowd from all over Sicily. The event, promoted by the Municipality of Piazza Armerina with its customary focus on environmental sustainability, confirmed the Enna-area Carnival as a significant event for the region.
