Piatto Trail

The Piatto Trail 2025 took place on Sunday, February 23, 2025, in Lenta, in the Vercelli area, confirming its role as the opening event of the Circuito Viola season. The non-competitive event featured its well-established formula: three distances (the 14 km long trail, the 7 km short loop, and the 2 km mini-run) on a flat, mostly dirt path that winds through nature between the village of Lenta and the banks of the Sesia River, returning to the sports center.

In 2025, the race maintained its charitable spirit, with funds raised dedicated to research into polymicrogyria. The event drew runners, walkers, and families from the Vercelli and nearby Biella areas, in the convivial atmosphere typical of Piedmontese winter races.
