Piadiniamo

The 11th edition of Piadiniamo was held from July 18th to 20th, 2025, in the historic center of Savignano sul Rubicone, in the Province of Forlì-Cesena. In the heart of the town, ten piadina stalls were set up, each offering three different variations, for a total of about thirty options: from the most traditional prosciutto and squacquerone to creative and sweet versions.

The stalls were open from 6 PM to midnight. The opening, on Friday, July 18th at 7 PM, was marked by the parade and performance of the "alla Casadei" Folk Group by Bruno Malpassi; over the three days, the Romagna Folk Singers and Dancers Group, Turibio Baruzzi of Imola, Uva grisa of Bellaria, La Carampana of Faenza, the Tacosinti, and other groups performed. Among the guests was Dr. Franco Berrino, who opened the event at the Cinema Teatro Moderno. Initiatives also included the "Maraffa in piazza," a maraffone tournament along Corso Perticari.
