Piacere, Marciano!

The first edition of Piacere, Marciano! took place on Sunday, April 13, 2025, in the historic center of Marciano della Chiana, in the province of Arezzo. The Municipality presented a completely renewed format, designed to combine tradition and innovation, culture and promotion of the territory.

Among the offerings: the Culinary Village with food stalls in Piazza Fanfulla and the launch of the Pane di Marciano (Marciano Bread); the Flea Market with over 100 stalls featuring vintage items and small crafts; the Filarmonica in mostra exhibition with historical instruments and documents; jewelry, clothing, and chair crafts in the setting of the Rocca; traditional and contemporary games; and the DiSegni Di Sassi creative workshop. Participation was free.

The success of the first edition led to a second autumn edition, held on Sunday, September 28, 2025, also focused on the Culinary Village and Valdichiana specialties such as aglione, chianina, and porchetta.
