June in Music 2025 at the Castle
From June 7 to 29, 2025, the Hall of Honour of the San Giorgio Piacentino Castle hosted six chamber music evenings. On June 7, Opera Fantasies with Leonardo Zoncati (clarinet) and Ivan Maliboshka (piano), featuring pieces from Tosca, Don Carlos, Cavalleria rusticana, and Carmen. On June 13, Where the Echo Vibrates with tenor Davide Sensales and Maliboshka, performing arias by Verdi, Giordano, and Puccini. On June 14, Beethoven for 8 Hands with a piano quartet. On June 21, a didactic piano workshop with Antonio Tarallo. On June 22, Soirée Française in San Giorgio with music by Saint-Saëns, Chausson, and Debussy. On June 29, Between Light and Fire – Beethoven & De Falla with cellist Monica Righi and Maliboshka.
