Edition 2025 — Pezzata Rossa di Oropa Exhibition

The 10th edition of the Pezzata Rossa di Oropa Exhibition took place in the spring of 2025 in Occhieppo Superiore, in the Castellazzo region. On that occasion, the event once again gathered breeders of the native Biella breed for a day of exhibition, awards, a craft market, and a country-style lunch, organized by the Pro Loco of Occhieppo Superiore and Pollone.

The 2025 edition

The tenth edition of the Pezzata Rossa di Oropa Exhibition confirmed, in the spring of 2025, the traditional appointment dedicated to the native cattle breed of the Biella valleys. In Occhieppo Superiore, in the Castellazzo region, breeders and visitors gathered to admire the Pezzata Rossa di Oropa cattle, participate in the craft market, and share a country-style lunch.

Organized by the Pro Loco of Occhieppo Superiore and Pollone, the 2025 edition also renewed the community's commitment to promoting a hardy breed at risk of extinction, a living heritage of the Biella rural tradition.
