Pescorocchiano Motorcycle Rally

The inaugural edition

On August 10, 2025, Pescorocchiano hosted the first edition of its motorcycle rally, promoted by the ASSAS Motorcycle Club with the support of the municipal administration. The gathering, at 9:30 AM at the Sports Center in Pescorocchiano, recorded approximately 100 motorcycles and 130 motorcyclists from Lazio and neighboring regions.

The morning was dedicated to a scenic ride along the roads of the Cicolano, with stops at overlooks of Lake Salto and passages through the valley's villages. In the afternoon, participants visited the Val de' Varri Caves, accompanied by the Aquila Speleological Group among stalactites, stalagmites, and large underground chambers.

The day concluded with a convivial lunch featuring local specialties, live music, and symbolic awards for the largest groups and most original motorcycles. A debut judged fully successful, which combined a passion for two wheels with the promotion of the natural heritage of the Rieti area and made the decision to repeat the event in 2026 a natural one.
