The 2025 edition offered an immersive journey into the countryside of San Ferdinando di Puglia, in the province of Barletta-Andria-Trani, dedicated to the peach and its supply chain. From the welcome at the masseria to the visit to the Cooperativa Coltivatori Diretti facilities, participants were able to learn firsthand about the work that brings the fruit from the tree to the table, amidst tastings of typical products and sensory workshops. The morning among the peach orchards was complemented by the traditional offerings of the festival, with the pomological exhibition of local varieties and activities for families.

Friday, July 18, 2025 — itinerary between masseria and cooperative

• 8:30 AM — Welcome at Masseria De Biase
• 9:15 AM — Walk through the peach rows with stories from the producer
• 10:00 AM — Visit to the Cooperativa Coltivatori Diretti and refreshments with Puglian bread, extra virgin olive oil, and lively white wine
• 10:30 AM — Tour of the selection, calibration, packaging, and shipping areas
• 10:45 AM – 12:00 PM — Sensory workshops: "Fish the peach", preparation of flavored water and snacks, personalized jar of peach water

The route was completed by the traditional offerings of the event: a pomological exhibition of local peach and nectarine varieties, tastings, and the fruit-themed creative workshop "Pescopoli" designed for children.
