Edition 2025 — Perugia 1416

In 2025, Perugia 1416 once again brought the historic center back to the 15th century with the reenactment of Braccio Fortebracci's entry. The five Districts competed in the Palio with archery, tower pull, and banner race, accompanied by costume parades, flag wavers, a period market, and district taverns.

The 2025 edition of Perugia 1416 confirmed the success of the grand historical reenactment of Perugia. For three days, the center of the Umbrian capital transformed into a Renaissance city, with the five Districts — Porta Eburnea, Porta San Pietro, Porta Sant'Angelo, Porta Santa Susanna, and Porta Sole — engaged in the Palio competitions.

As tradition dictates, the program included archery, the tower pull, and the banner race, as well as the nocturnal historical parade with the entry of Braccio Fortebracci. An artisan market, craft demonstrations, and district taverns with Umbrian cuisine animated the streets of the center throughout the weekend.
