Perdono di Assisi

The Perdono di Assisi 2025 renewed on August 1st and 2nd the observance of the Indulgence of the Porziuncola in the Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli (Assisi, PG). From 12:00 PM on August 1st to midnight on August 2nd, the faithful could obtain the plenary indulgence, extended to all parish and Franciscan churches worldwide.

Thousands of pilgrims reached the small chapel beloved by Saint Francis, in an atmosphere of deep spirituality marked by confessions, Eucharistic celebrations, and prayer, in the spirit of a tradition that has been renewed uninterruptedly since the 13th century.
