Percorso in Rosso

The 2025 edition of Percorso in Rosso confirmed the original formula of this gastronomic festival in Saint-Rhémy-en-Bosses, in the heart of the Gran San Bernardo valley. In the hamlet of Saint-Léonard, the village streets transformed into a tasting itinerary where the color red linked dishes and drinks: the prized Jambon de Bosses DOP, motzetta, Aosta Valley cheeses, accompanied by local wines and red craft beers from Gran San Bernardo, up to red fruit desserts. Organized by the Pro Loco, the event combined the promotion of typical products with the conviviality of an evening festival, along a route marked by the card for seven selected tastings.
