Edition 2025 — Percorso in Rosso

In 2025, the Percorso in Rosso once again enlivened the hamlet of Saint-Léonard in Saint-Rhémy-en-Bosses, with an enogastronomic itinerary through the village streets where red was the common thread for dishes and drinks. Jambon de Bosses DOP, motzetta, Aosta Valley cheeses, Gran San Bernardo red wines and beers accompanied the evening gourmet walk.

The 2025 edition of Percorso in Rosso confirmed the original formula of this enogastronomic festival in Saint-Rhémy-en-Bosses, in the heart of the Gran San Bernardo valley. In the hamlet of Saint-Léonard, the village streets transformed into a tasting itinerary where the colour red linked the dishes and drinks: the prized Jambon de Bosses DOP, motzetta, Aosta Valley cheeses, accompanied by local wines and Gran San Bernardo red craft beers, and finally, red fruit desserts. Organised by the Pro Loco, the event combined the promotion of typical products with the conviviality of an evening festival, along a route marked by the card for seven selected tastings.
