Edition 2025 — Pentecost Festival

The 39th edition of the Pentecost Festival and Badia Concerts took place from June 1 to August 1, 2025, in Badia a Passignano, under the artistic direction of Tiziano Mealli. A long summer of classical and chamber music, with concerts in the Ghirlandaio Cenacle Hall and the Abbey cloister, featuring internationally renowned performers and chamber ensembles.

The 2025 edition of the Pentecost Festival and Badia Concerts, the 39th, confirmed the festival's vocation to unite great music and artistic heritage. Artistically directed by Tiziano Mealli, the season opened on June 1 with cellist and composer Giovanni Sollima and continued until August 1 with a rich program hosted in the Cenacle Hall frescoed by Ghirlandaio and in the cloister of the Badia a Passignano Abbey. Guests included pianist Andrea Lucchesini, violinist Federico Guglielmo, the Quartetto Indaco, the Orchestra della Toscana, and the Mozarteum Cello Ensemble of Salzburg, for evenings of classical and chamber music in the heart of the Florentine Chianti.
