Edition 2025 — Pelaghese Tortello Festival

The 2025 edition of the Pelaghese Tortello Festival was held in Pelago from June 27 to 29 and July 4-5, at the Giorgio La Pira Pastoral Center. As per tradition, food stalls opened every evening from 7:00 PM, serving handmade potato tortelli, grilled meats, and traditional Tuscan cuisine.

In 2025, the Pelaghese Tortello Festival took place in Pelago (FI) over two weekends: from June 27 to 29 and on July 4-5, at the Giorgio La Pira Pastoral Center on Via Vallombrosana 4.

The stalls, run by U.S.D. Pelago volunteers, opened every evening from 7:00 PM, offering handmade potato tortelli in butter and sage, ragù, and tomato versions, as well as tagliatelle, grilled meats, and mixed roasts with crostini. A staple of the Florentine Valdarno summer calendar, dedicated to the flavors of Tuscan country tradition.
