Edition 2025 — Peasant Dinner

The 2025 edition of the Peasant Dinner took place on Saturday, July 12, in the historic center of Folgaria, starting at 6:00 PM. Local restaurants and taverns welcomed visitors along the streets with the most authentic dishes of the Trentino tradition, in a convivial atmosphere full of mountain flavors, concluding with a parade and concert by the Folgaria Folk Band.

The 2025 Peasant Dinner took place on Saturday, July 12, starting at 6:00 PM: the center of Folgaria transformed into a large open-air restaurant. The stars of the evening were typical products and Trentino cuisine dishes - canederli, carne salada, tortel di patate, speck, Vezzena cheese, Tonco del Pontesel, and Trentino barley soup - accompanied by local wines, craft beers, and fragrant grappas, with strudel and Sacher cake to finish.

The event concluded with a parade through the town streets followed by the engaging concert of the Folgaria Folk Band, in an appointment dedicated to tradition, joy, and the hospitality of the Alpe Cimbra.
