Edition 2025 — Atessa Patronal Festivals

The 2025 edition of the Patronal Festivals of Atessa took place from August 15th to 18th in the historic center of the Chieti village. Four days of celebrations in honor of the patron saints, included in the rich calendar of the Atessa summer with over sixty events between July and August. Grand finale on August 18th with the concert by Enrico Nigiotti, a young talent known for Amici, X Factor, and Sanremo, followed by traditional fireworks.

Patronal Festivals of Atessa 2025

From August 15th to 18th, 2025, the historic center of Atessa, in the province of Chieti, hosted the Patronal Festivals, among the most anticipated moments of the Atessa summer. The event opened on August 15th with the traditional Assumption Market and continued through the days dedicated to Saint Roch, the patron Saint Leucio, and Saint Emidius, with artistic illuminations, the city band parade, and numerous appointments in the square.

The grand finale, on Monday, August 18th, 2025, featured the concert by Enrico Nigiotti, a singer-songwriter made famous by his participation in Amici, X Factor, and the Sanremo Festival, followed by the fireworks display that closed the festivities. The edition was part of a summer calendar with over sixty events promoted by the Municipality of Atessa.

Programme

August 15: Assumption Market and opening celebrations. August 16: Saint Roch, shows and live music in the square. August 17: Saint Leucio, band parade and majorettes, urban trekking. August 18: Saint Emidius, concert by Enrico Nigiotti and final fireworks.
