Patronal Feast of the Blessed Virgin Mary of Loreto and Saint Stephen the Protomartyr

The 2025 edition of the Patronal Feast of Trinitapoli took place from August 14th to 16th, maintaining the traditional three-day structure.

The morning of August 14th opened at dawn with the 'risveglio' and fireworks organized by the Santa Maria di Loreto Confraternity, followed by the 'Città di Trinitapoli' Concert Band parading through the streets. In the evening, the Eucharistic celebration at Saint Stephen's preceded the procession of the statue of Saint Stephen the Protomartyr from the Cathedral to the Sanctuary and a prayer vigil presided over by Monsignor Stefano Sarcina.

On August 15th, the main day, the solemn concelebration was presided over by Monsignor Leonardo D'Ascenzo, Archbishop of Trani-Barletta-Bisceglie, followed by the grand procession of the patron saints and, at midnight, a fireworks display. On August 16th, the celebrations concluded with a Eucharistic concelebration, a floral tribute, a concert band performance conducted by Maestro Domenico Virgilio, and final fireworks.
