Edition 2025 — Assumption of Mary

On the first Sunday of May 2025, Rocchetta a Volturno celebrated its patron saint, the Madonna Assunta, with religious ceremonies, a procession, musical performances, and food stalls, opening the festival season for the Upper Volturno village.

The 2025 edition of the patronal feast of the Madonna Assunta confirmed the centrality of this spring event in Rocchetta a Volturno. The liturgical celebrations and the procession of the Madonna's statue, organized by the Parish of the Assumption of Mary, marked the first Sunday of May.

Alongside the religious moment, musical performances, cultural initiatives, and food stalls with typical products enlivened the village, bringing together the community and the many returning emigrants in Upper Molise.
