Patronal Feast of Saints Peter and Paul

The 2025 Patronal Feast of Saints Peter and Paul in Favria (TO) reaffirmed how this anniversary is a symbol of identity and connection to one's roots for the Canavese community.

On Saturday evening, the concert by the Filarmonica Favriese, under the direction of Maestro Alberto, was enriched by theatrical interludes: the residents staged amusing Carosello-style sketches behind a fake large television, involving the audience in a festive atmosphere.

On Sunday morning, the celebrations continued with Holy Mass and the traditional procession through the streets of the center, with the statue of the patron saints escorted by the Alpini of the Favria Group and accompanied by the banners of local associations. The fragrance of the festival, aided by the attractions of the nearby fairground, filled the streets of the town. As the motto goes, "vis unita fortior": unity is strength.
