Patronal Feast of Saints Peter and Paul

The 2025 patronal feast of Chianocco opened on Thursday, June 26th with the usual "baraonda" pinnacolo tournament at the Piazza Martiri di Cefalonia e Corfù pavilion. Friday, June 27th featured dinner and a dance evening with music by Loris Gallo, while Saturday, June 28th saw the traditional "Pizzata di San Per" in the square, enlivened by the "Gli amici della notte" orchestra.

The grand finale, Sunday, June 29th, featured the Solemn High Mass in honor of the Patron Saints at 11:00 AM, followed by the procession through the village streets accompanied by the Bussoleno Philharmonic Society. In the afternoon, at 2:00 PM, the "Trofeo Gianinetti Cevrero Aldo" bocce tournament was held at the Bocciofila del Colombè. The day concluded with a gastronomic evening in the square, featuring hamburgers, sausage sandwiches, fries, and cheese and charcuterie boards, accompanied by a concert from the group Pyram.
