Edition 2025 — Feast of Saint Peter the Apostle
The 2025 edition of the Patronal Feast of Saints Peter and Paul confirmed the vitality of a tradition deeply rooted in Ardea, in the Lazio region. The festivities took place in the days around June 29th, with the usual blend of religious and civil events in the historic center.
The heart of the festival was the Church of San Pietro Apostolo, in Piazza Sforza Cesarini, with Eucharistic celebrations and the solemn procession of the patron saint along the streets of the village. The Pro Loco of Ardea organized the flower festival and cultural initiatives, while the squares hosted music, food stalls, and convivial moments that involved residents and visitors.
The community's participation reaffirmed the identity value of this recurrence for the citizens of Ardea, between devotion to the patron saint and pride in their roots.
