Edition 2025 — Feast of Sant'Oronzo

The 2025 edition of the Patronal Feast of Saints Oronzo, Giusto and Fortunato took place in Botrugno on August 25 and 26, with the highlight on the 26th. From early morning until late at night, the town experienced its most cherished festival: solemn mass in the Mother Church, a procession of the three saints' statues amidst illuminations and brass bands, Salento food stalls, and the spectacular evening fireworks competition.

2025 Edition

The 2025 Patronal Feast of Saints Oronzo, Giusto and Fortunato brought Botrugno to life on August 25 and 26, with the 26th as the main day. Religious celebrations—solemn mass and the procession of the three patrons' statues through the historic center, accompanied by musical bands—intertwined with popular festivities: artistic illuminations, concerts, and food stalls featuring Salento specialties like pittule and friselle.

The most anticipated moment, on the late afternoon of August 26, was the fireworks competition, which featured renowned pyrotechnic firms challenging each other and lighting up the Botrugno sky with spectacular light displays before a large audience. Admission to all events was free.
