Patronal Feast of Saints Fermo and Rustico in Cusago

The patronal feast of Saints Fermo and Rustico has always been the most cherished event for the community of Cusago, in the province of Milan. In 2025, the week of celebration, held in early May, combined, as tradition dictates, the religious and community dimensions: the exhibition of the urn containing the relics of Saint Vincent, activities and shows for children from the oratory, the market in the square, and the solemn mass. The climax was the procession through the streets of Cusago with the saint's urn, accompanied by the brass band, commemorating the arrival of the relics in the village over three centuries ago.
