Patronal Feast of Saint Stephen the Protomartyr

The 2025 Feast of Saint Stephen in Castel Frentano was celebrated on August 3rd, as part of the summer program promoted by the historic center's associations. The village streets hosted art exhibitions curated by international artists, while the Church of Santo Stefano with its bell tower, the Church of the Monte dei Morti, and the chapel of the A.R. Caporali nursery school remained open to the public during the festival evenings.

The patron saint's evening concluded with a concert by the Alexian Group led by Professor Santino Spinelli and fireworks launched around 11:30 PM from the bell tower of the Church of Santo Stefano, sealing a highly attended day of celebration.
