Edition 2025 — Saint Simeon Feast

The 2025 edition of the Patronal Feast of Saint Simeon the Prophet was celebrated on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, in Frattaminore. As per tradition, the community paid homage to its patron saint with a solemn Mass and a procession of the Saint's statue through the town center, accompanied by confraternities and a brass band, amidst illuminations, moments of prayer, and popular festivities.

The Feast of Saint Simeon 2025

On Wednesday, October 8, 2025, Frattaminore experienced its most heartfelt day, dedicated to Saint Simeon the Prophet, patron saint of the town in the Metropolitan City of Naples. The parish church named after the Saint hosted the Eucharistic celebrations, culminating in the solemn Mass.

The 17th-century statue of the patron saint was carried in procession along the main streets of the center, followed by the faithful and confraternities, and accompanied by a brass band. Illuminations and popular festivities completed a day that renews the deep bond between Frattaminore and its protector Saint every year.
