Patronal Feast of Saint Sebastian

The 2025 Edition

On January 20, 2025, Ferentillo also honored its patron saint Saint Sebastian with the traditional celebrations. The day unfolded, as usual, with the ringing of bells, the solemn mass in the "Mother" Church of Santa Maria, and the procession of the relic of the saint through the village streets.

Each year, the feast renews the memory of the miracle that, according to tradition, saved Ferentillo from the plague thanks to the intercession of Saint Sebastian, in an event of faith and identity for the entire Valnerina community.
