Edition 2025 — Saint Pancras Feast

On July 9, 2025, Valdina celebrated its patron saint, Saint Pancras the Bishop, with the traditional patronal feast. The community gathered for the solemn procession of the saint's statue along the center's streets, accompanied by the brass band and the prayers of the faithful. The day, marked by the Solemn Holy Mass, concluded with performances in the square and the usual fireworks display in the village sky.

Saint Pancras Feast 2025

The 2025 edition of the Patronal Feast of Saint Pancras the Bishop took place in Valdina, in the province of Messina, on July 9th, the day dedicated to the first bishop of Taormina. The Valdina community experienced the central moments of the festival with great participation and devotion.

The solemn procession carried the statue of Saint Pancras through the main streets of the village, accompanied by hymns, prayers, and the brass band. After the celebration of the Solemn Holy Mass, the festivities continued with performances in the square, open to the entire community, and concluded with the traditional fireworks display, which illuminated the sky of Valdina with an explosion of lights and colors.
