Patronal Feast of Saint Michael the Archangel in Vallinfreda

The 2025 edition opened on Saturday, September 27th, with the conference "Vallinfreda told through classical poetry" at 4:30 PM, followed by the arrival of the "A. Sersale" Marching Band from Licenza and, at 7:00 PM, Holy Mass with the procession of the image of Mary Most Holy Mother of Grace through the village streets. The evening in Piazza del Mercato featured tastings of local products, a musical show, and the traditional Pupazza Dance, before the fireworks display at 11:30 PM.

On Sunday, September 28th, after the band's arrival and the wreath-laying ceremony at the War Memorial, the 11:00 AM Holy Mass was followed at noon by the procession in honor of Saint Michael the Archangel. In the afternoon, at 4:30 PM, the community presented plaques of recognition to citizens who distinguished themselves for cultural, social, and educational merits. The festivities concluded on Tuesday, September 30th, with the Centuries-Old Fair, the ancient commercial event that has enlivened the village for centuries.
