Patronal Feast of Saint Michael the Archangel

The 2025 edition of the Patronal Feast of Saint Michael the Archangel in Bitetto took place in the days leading up to September 29th, the liturgical feast of the Archangel, with the usual program of religious and civil celebrations organized by the Patronal Feast Committee.

Among the musical events, on September 29, 2025, the Wind Orchestra of the National Association of the State Police (ANPS) - Bari Section performed in Piazza Aldo Moro, offering a musical tribute to the Patron Saint. The festival saw the participation of the community in the solemn procession of the statue through the streets of the historic center, accompanied by brass band concerts, illuminations, and traditional celebrations in the setting of the Romanesque Cathedral of Saint Michael the Archangel.
