Edition 2025 — Feast of the Assumption
On August 15, 2025, Paderno d'Adda celebrated its patron saint, Saint Mary of the Assumption, with a solemn Mass and procession on Ferragosto, renewing a religious tradition deeply rooted in the community of the village on the Adda River, in the province of Lecco.
The Patronal Feast of Saint Mary of the Assumption 2025 brought together the community of Paderno d'Adda around its patron saint on the Feast of the Assumption. The solemn Mass and procession through the village streets marked August 15th, renewing the devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary Assumed into Heaven.
Falling on Ferragosto, the feast combined the religious dimension with the summer atmosphere of the village overlooking the Adda River, confirming an ancient and deeply felt tradition in the Paderno community of the Lecco area.
