The Patron Saint of Campospinoso Albaredo
Saint Lawrence is the patron saint of Campospinoso Albaredo, a municipality in the province of Pavia on the edge of the Oltrepò, created in 2023 from the merger of Campospinoso and Albaredo Arnaboldi. In his honor, every August 10th, the village celebrates its patronal feast.
Feast in the Square
The heart of the feast is the village square, where on the evening of August 10th, residents and visitors gather for an evening of music and dancing for all. This is the classic formula for summer patronal feasts: a moment of conviviality and community in the height of summer, just a few days before Ferragosto.
