Patronal Feast of Saint Donatus Bishop and Martyr

2025 Edition

The 2025 edition of the patronal feast was held from August 6th to 8th, marking the highlight of a summer in San Donato Val di Comino that included over 40 events ranging from music and culture to history and nature. On the evening of August 6th, the torchlight procession accompanied the statue of Saint Donatus through the village alleys, followed on August 7th by solemn celebrations and the procession through the decorated streets of the historic center. The civil program concluded on Friday, August 8th, with a musical show by Come Max, a tribute band to Max Pezzali and 883, while the following day was dedicated to families, with workshops and DJ sets extending the festive atmosphere. The organization was handled by the Municipality of San Donato Val di Comino in collaboration with the Pro Loco and local associations.
