Patronal Feast of Saint Cajetan of Thiene

The 2025 edition

On Thursday, August 7, 2025, Montemiletto, in the province of Avellino, paid homage to its patron saint, Saint Cajetan of Thiene. The festivities were accompanied by the 'Città di Montemiletto' Brass Band, in accordance with the brass band tradition that characterizes the feast.

Part of the Estate Insieme 2025 program

The patronal day was part of the Estate Insieme 2025 program, which opened on July 5th and concluded on September 21st. Around August 7th, the most intense week of the Montemiletto summer was concentrated: on August 6th, a DJ set and the Priore concert; on August 9th, Nostalgia 90; on August 10th, the Tiromancino concert; on August 11th, the Warrior Race; on August 12th, Sotto le Stelle; on August 13th and 14th, All'Ombra del Castello with the comedy show by Arteteca; on August 15th, the Montemiletto Ferragosto; and on August 16th, Viale in Festa.

The rest of the summer

The calendar then continued at the end of August with the celebrations for Saint Anthony of Padua and the vintage car and motorcycle show, closing in September with the historical re-enactment and the celebrations for Saint Eustace the Martyr.
