Edition 2025 — Patronal Feast of Scurcola Marsicana

In 2025, the Patronal Feast of Saint Anthony of Padua and Saint Vincent Ferrer in Scurcola Marsicana was celebrated around June 13, the canonical date of Saint Anthony. The community of the Marsica village gathered for the Solemn Holy Mass and the procession of the patron saints, accompanied by live music, folkloric shows, and stalls with traditional local products.

The 2025 edition of the Patronal Feast of Scurcola Marsicana took place in conjunction with the feast day of Saint Anthony of Padua, on June 13. A Solemn Holy Mass was celebrated in the parish church, followed by the procession that accompanied the statues of Saint Anthony and Saint Vincent Ferrer through the streets of the historic center, amidst prayer and popular participation.

The religious rites were accompanied by secular events: live music, folkloric shows, and food stalls featuring dishes from Marsica cuisine and local wines, in a festive atmosphere that involved both adults and children. An event that confirmed the vitality of the devotional tradition of this village in inland Abruzzo.
