Patronal Feast of Maria SS. delle Grazie and Saint Roch

A highly attended edition

The 2025 edition of the Patronal Feast of Maria SS. delle Grazie and Saint Roch took place in Toritto (Bari) from Saturday, September 6, to Monday, September 8. Organized by the Toritto Festival Committee, chaired by the parish priest Father Nicola Mastrandrea and president Rocco Macchia, the festival reprised the calendar that combines devotional and popular dimensions.

The heart of the days were the solemn processions, with the triumphal float of the Madonna delle Grazie pulled by the twelve bearers and the silver statue of Saint Roch carried through the streets of the center, accompanied by the historical pageant of the confraternities in traditional attire. Regarding entertainment, the inaugural evening of Saturday, September 6, brought the Panama Band concert to the square, while illuminations, brass band concerts, and fireworks accompanied the entire event, drawing citizens, visitors, and many Toritto natives who returned for the occasion.
