Edition 2025 — Zapponeta Patronal Feast

The 2025 edition of the Patronal Feast of Maria SS. della Misericordia took place in Zapponeta from September 11th to 14th, coinciding with the fiftieth anniversary of the town's municipal autonomy. Alongside the procession and solemn services, the festival offered a rich lineup of free concerts as part of the second edition of the Blu Festival.

The 2025 patronal feast of Zapponeta held special significance, falling in the year of the fiftieth anniversary of municipal autonomy for the village in the province of Foggia. Religious celebrations in honor of Maria SS. della Misericordia—featuring the traditional procession of the Madonna's statue, local confraternities, and solemn services—were accompanied by an intense program of free music, included in the second edition of the Blu Festival. Artistic light displays, markets, food stalls, and the final fireworks show completed four days of great popular participation in the square and along the seafront.
