Patronal Feast of Casali d'Aschi (August)

The 2025 edition of the Patronal Feast of Casali d'Aschi was held on August 5th and 6th, in the heart of the Marsican summer. The hamlet of Gioia dei Marsi (AQ) celebrated its patron saint, the Santissimo Salvatore, with the solemn procession and religious services on August 6th.

The festivities opened on August 4th with an evening organized by the festival committee and continued in the following days with moments dedicated to families and children — entertainment, the "Sweet Feast" (Festa Dolce), and a children's parade — testifying to a festival deeply rooted in the life of the community. The event was part of the summer program of Gioia dei Marsi, which in 2025 brought together dozens of events including culture, music, and tradition in the various hamlets of the territory.
