Patron Saint George Festival

In 2025, the Patron Saint George Festival in Porto San Giorgio took place from April 13th to 27th, with a particularly rich programme. The 36th Saint George Fair, on Sunday, April 13th, filled the town's streets with over 220 stalls. On the patron's day, April 23rd, religious celebrations were held in the church of Saint George the Martyr, followed by the traditional procession and, in the evening, the Grand Concert Band of the City of Porto San Giorgio with the awarding of the Sangiorgese of the Year prize. Among the musical guests, on April 25th in Piazza Matteotti, local artists performed; on April 26th, the live show "Forever '90" with Cristiano Malgioglio, followed by fireworks on the seafront; and on April 27th, the closing was entrusted to the historic group Il Giardino dei Semplici.

Wednesday, April 23rd — Patron's Day

• Church of Saint George the Martyr: religious celebrations
• 5:00 PM — procession through the town streets
• 9:15 PM — Municipal Theatre: Grand Concert Band City of Porto San Giorgio and awarding of the Sangiorgese of the Year prize

Friday, April 25th

• From 5:00 PM to midnight — Piazza Matteotti: performance by local artists and bands

Saturday, April 26th

• 9:15 PM — Piazza Matteotti: live show "Forever '90" with Cristiano Malgioglio, followed by fireworks on the seafront
