Patron Saint Festival 2025
On Thursday, May 8th, 2025, Falconara Marittima celebrated the Blessed Virgin Mary of the Rosary, its patron saint. The solemn Mass at 6:30 PM, presided over by Archbishop Msgr. Angelo Spina in the Marian Shrine on Via Baldoni, was concelebrated by the parish priests of the area. It was followed by the procession with the effigy of Our Lady of the Rosary of Pompei along Via Leopardi, Via Trento, Via Bixio, Piazza Garibaldi, Via IV Novembre, and Via Gobetti.
The weekend offered other initiatives: on Friday, May 9th, the inauguration of a new green area at Parco Kennedy, as part of the 'Positive Impact City' project, and in the evening, a conference on 16th-century Venetian painting in Ancona, held at the Fallaci auditorium in Castelferretti, organized by Pro Castelferretti.
