Edition 2025 — Pasta e Fagioli Tufillo
The 2025 Pasta e Fagioli Evening took place on Sunday, August 17, in Tufillo, organized by the local Pro Loco. The evening featured traditional Abruzzese peasant-style pasta and beans, as part of the busy calendar of festivals and feasts of the Tufillo summer, which had its most anticipated moment in the Cavatelli Festival on August 11th.
In 2025, the Tufillo Pasta e Fagioli Evening was held on Sunday, August 17th, organized by the village's Pro Loco. The event, dedicated to the rustic dish of pasta and beans, was among the last gastronomic evenings of the Tufillo summer, following the 38th Cavatelli Festival with sausage on August 11th in Piazza Fuori Porta. A night of conviviality that brought together residents, returning emigrants, and visitors, in the spirit of the 'cucina povera' of the Alto Vastese region.
