Pasta and Beans with Pork Rind Festival

2025 Edition — the thirtieth

On Saturday, October 4, 2025, Pisoniano celebrated the milestone of the thirtieth edition of the festival dedicated to pasta and beans with pork rind. The food stalls set up in the historic center opened at 7:30 PM, offering the event's signature dish—prepared with a sauté of celery and onion and extra virgin olive oil from the Monti Prenestini—alongside cured meats, cheeses, homemade desserts, and local wine.

The evening was enlivened by the live show of Andrea Salvatori and concluded around 11:00 PM with a fireworks display, followed by the streets of the village. The organization was handled by the Confraternity of the Holy Rosary, as part of the celebrations in honor of Our Lady of the Rosary, with special attention given to families and children.
