Passotreiese Carnival

The 60th edition of the Passotreiese Carnival marked a special anniversary: sixty years of one of the longest-running Carnival celebrations in the Macerata area. For the first time, the organization was entrusted to the young people of the Associazione Passo dopo Passo, supported by the Circolo ACLI La Torre.

The festivities, which began on Fat Thursday with a briscola tournament under the tent in Piazza Tarcisio Carboni, culminated in the grand parade on Tuesday, March 4th. In front of an extraordinary crowd, the float from the "Ti fidi di me" group from Amandola, dedicated to Aladdin, took first place, followed by Mogliano (theme India) and Corridonia (theme Oceania). Entertainment was provided by Multiradio, the folk group Li matti de Montecò, and ASD Energic Dance.
