Officina Filarmonica and its mission

Passione Classica is the musical outreach project created by Officina Filarmonica, a Roman amateur symphony orchestra registered as a Third Sector entity. The association promotes music as a tool for growth and community, involving passionate instrumentalists and young soloists in the cultural life of the Municipality of Rome and Lazio.

The lecture-concert

The format chosen by the series is that of the lecture-concert: about an hour where live performance is accompanied by the storytelling of the works and dialogue with the musicians. In this way, the audience does not watch passively, but discovers the history, structure, and language of the pieces, reconnecting with classical music in a direct and engaging way.
