Edition 2025 — Passion of Christ Alcamo

In 2025, the Passion of Christ took place on Sunday, April 13, Palm Sunday, in the historic center of Alcamo. The performance, organized by the Pro Loco Città di Alcamo, started from the Mother Church in Piazzetta IV Novembre and concluded with the crucifixion and resurrection in Piazza Bagolino, meeting with great public success.

2025 Edition

The 2025 edition took place on Sunday, April 13, Palm Sunday. The sacred re-enactment started in the late afternoon from the Mother Church, in Piazzetta IV Novembre, crossing the streets of the historic center — including Piazza Ciullo, Via Mazzini, and Via Commendatore Navarra — with the trials set in the Jesuit College and the conclusion, with the crucifixion and resurrection, in Piazza Bagolino.

In this edition too, the event, organized by the Pro Loco Città di Alcamo in collaboration with the Municipality, the Sicilian Region, and the Basilica Santa Maria Assunta, involved about 250 participants and attracted numerous spectators to the heart of the city.
